Was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA.  In 1976 he graduated from St. Joseph’s University with a B.A. degree in political science and was selected to Phi Sigma Alpha the Political Science National Honor Society.  In 1979 he graduated Villanova University School of Law and was a member of the Law School Honor Board from 1978-1979.  He was admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey in June 1980 and worked in private law practices with emphasis on civil trial work, municipal law and tax appeal work until October 2002.  From October 2002 to the present he has served as County Counsel for Atlantic County Government.  In that capacity he is Department Head for the Atlantic County Department of Law which provides legal advice to all County Departments and to the County’s Constitutional Officers.  In May of 2014 he was the recipient of the New Jersey Association of Counties (NJAC) County Service Award.  He has been a member of the Bay-Atlantic Symphony Board of Trustees since June 2013, and has been Vice President from January 2015 to the present.

Beth Beauchamp

Having worked as a professional musician, a music-educator, and the Executive Director of a number of non-profit arts organizations, Beth has over 10 years of experience in catering to the unique needs of artists. Beth believes that the talent, education, and skill-sets of her clients have inherent worth. As a passionate artist advocate, she aims to help her artists improve the quality of their own lives by encouraging them to honor the value of their own work, and by creating materials which allow them to champion their art with confidence. Equally interested in building community, Beth aims to create a roster of artists who are excited to support and collaborate together.
