Skilled in commercial litigation, real estate and title disputes, business and employment matters, and is a State approved Mediator.  

Practice Highlights

Mark’s civil clientele include both private companies and high-net worth individuals. He has successfully represented business people, real estate brokers, developers, and financial institutions in complex commercial and business disputes. Mark has litigated numerous oppression suits, minority shareholder disputes, real estate and title disputes, business torts, and contract cases. He also has handled breaches of fiduciary duty and fraud, as well as business relationships that simply "went wrong."

Mark has an extensive practice before the Chancery Courts, especially in general equity matters. He is also an experienced and successful mediator on the New Jersey roster of mediators. He has frequently served as an arbitrator or mediator of commercial disputes throughout New Jersey.

Having worked as a professional musician, a music-educator, and the Executive Director of a number of non-profit arts organizations, Beth has over 10 years of experience in catering to the unique needs of artists. Beth believes that the talent, education, and skill-sets of her clients have inherent worth. As a passionate artist advocate, she aims to help her artists improve the quality of their own lives by encouraging them to honor the value of their own work, and by creating materials which allow them to champion their art with confidence. Equally interested in building community, Beth aims to create a roster of artists who are excited to support and collaborate together.
