Monica Buffington


Monica Buffington, flutist, has cultivated a multifaceted career in music including work as a performer, educator, arts administrator and governance partner. Monica is principal flute of the Kennett Symphony, and has performed with the West Virginia Symphony Orchestra, Seneca Chamber Orchestra, Prince George Symphony Orchestra, and New Haven Symphony. She has taught at the University of Charleston, and has maintained private flute studios throughout her career. Monica currently teaches in West Chester and Phoenixville, PA, serves as Executive Director of the Kennett Symphony, and performs chamber music for her event music company. She is a member of the National Flute Association and the Flute Society of Greater Philadelphia, where she serves on the Pedagogy Committee. She has served on numerous boards including the Association of Fundraising Executives, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Pennsylvania Resources Council and West Virginia Youth Symphony. Monica holds a Bachelor of Music Education from West Chester University, and is a summa cum laude graduate of Yale University where she studied on full scholarship earning a Masters of Flute Performance

Beth Beauchamp

Having worked as a professional musician, a music-educator, and the Executive Director of a number of non-profit arts organizations, Beth has over 10 years of experience in catering to the unique needs of artists. Beth believes that the talent, education, and skill-sets of her clients have inherent worth. As a passionate artist advocate, she aims to help her artists improve the quality of their own lives by encouraging them to honor the value of their own work, and by creating materials which allow them to champion their art with confidence. Equally interested in building community, Beth aims to create a roster of artists who are excited to support and collaborate together.
