Terence Belzer, principal oboist of the Bay Atlantic Symphony has been active in such area musical ensembles as the Concerto Soloists, Philly Pops, New Jersey Opera Theater, the orchestras of Reading, Delaware, and Kennett, and the Pennsylvania Ballet Orchestra.  He has appeared as a soloist with the Bay Atlantic Symphony, West Jersey Chamber Orchestra, Rowan University Chamber Players, the Settlement Music School Faculty Recital Series, the Reading Symphony Orchestra, and a world premiere performace by Robert Convery with Sean Deibler and the Music Group of Philadelphia.  In addition to his busy performing schedule, Mr. Belzer served for many years on the faculties of Settlement Music School in Philadelphia and Rowan University.  Currently he is on the adjunct faculty at Valley Forge University and Cairn University as well as maintaining a private studio at his home.

Ms. Cheryl Tirpak holds a Bachelor Degree from Rowan University with a concentration in Music Performance. 

In the early years of her studies, Cheryl participated in various honor bands and symphonies, piano competitions, and attended several summer music camps, including the US Eastern Music Camp at Colgate University in Hamilton, NY. She was Concertmaster and Principal Oboist at the West Chester University Summer Music Camp and attended the Foundation for Artistic Excellence in Princeton, NJ. Cheryl has also studied at the prestigious Settlement Music School in South Philadelphia, Curtis Branch, under the direction of Shirley Curtis. Her private studies includes Louis Rosenblatt, Principal Oboist, Philadelphia Orchestra (retired), Terrence Belzer, Rowan University, Principal Oboist, Reading Pa. Orchestra, Steven Hewitt, Principal Oboist, Philadelphia Orchestra (retired), Lynne Cohen, Broadway, NY, freelance musician, and David Schneider, Principal Oboist Philadelphia Opera Company, freelance musician.

As the Director and founder of CJTMusic, Cheryl has spent the last decade shaping young minds by teaching the art of music through private lessons on oboe, piano, and flute. In addition to teaching, she also serves as a freelance musician in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York City, working in major shows including Atlantic City, NJ, such as America’s Got Talent, Jackie Evancho, The Texas Tenors, and many more.
